Get to Know Us

Theresa (Tree) Hastings R.M.T.

So I am a Colorado native, born in Colorado Springs and grew up in Denver, Colorado.  After high school graduation, I attended college and became a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA).  I worked at numerous home health care facilities, nursing homes, and hospitals.

 Shortly after that, I attended the Colorado School of Healing Arts, receiving my Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) certification.  The reason I decided to change careers is because I wanted to help people in a more “holistic” way instead of the “western” medicine way.  I focus more on neuromuscular therapy, helping people out of pain and discomfort.  I enjoy helping people feel better by giving massages and counseling them on their exercises and diet.  This technique is a lifestyle for me, not just a hobby.  I take great care helping each client with their own personal needs. 

 My experience includes working with a steady clientele at my local clinic, as well as a couple Denver Broncos players and their wives.  I currently live in Lakewood, Colorado with my husband and two children.  We love camping and watching movies as a family.
